Processing Time

Each PuffMe piece is handmade with care in our small New Zealand studio.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

Some items are made especially for you, so please allow up to 5 business days for us to create, pack, and prepare your order.
We always aim to dispatch sooner whenever possible 🤍

 

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping options:

• Free shipping on NZ orders over NZ$80

• Orders under NZ$80 are sent via NZ Post with tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Urban addresses: approximately 2–5 business days

• Rural addresses: may take a little longer

Please note: delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.

 

Made-to-Order & Combined Orders

If your order includes made-to-order items, your parcel will be sent once all items are completed.

Each PuffMe piece is handmade with intention and care — thank you for your patience while we create something special just for you.

 

Address Updates

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’re happy to assist before your order has been made or packed.
Once production or packing has started, changes may no longer be possible.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, including clear photos, and we’ll be happy to help ：）
